Purpose

To ensure that all attestations and various issued for student are issued according to defined standards and contain rigorously verified information.

Statement :
  1. Letters and attestations issued by the Deanship of Enrollment & Registration include:

    1. Enrollment Verification Arabic
    2. Enrollment Verification English
    3. Attestation for Expected Graduation Date Arabic
    4. Attestation for Expected Graduation Date English
    5. Graduation Verification Arabic
    6. Graduation Verification English
    7. Preparatory Program Completion English
    8. Certificate of Good Conduct English
    9. Certificate of Good Conduct Arabic
  2. Any request for official letters and attestation should be made by either of the following:

    1.  Request Form from the student in person. The student fills the request form and gets the required authorizations and signatures. The information requested is verified in the Student Information System (status, registration, date of graduation or expected graduation, etc..). The letter is prepared within two (2) working days from the day the request is made.
    2. Email from the student's PMU email address. The Registrar's Office gets the required authorizations to verify any types of holds. The information requested is verified in the Student Information System (status, registration, date of graduation or expected graduation, etc...). The request is processed within three (3) working days from the day it was made.
  3. The official letters issued are:

    1. Printed on official university letterhead
    2. Carry Student Affairs stamp
    3. Carry official signatures
    4. Dated and coded
    5. Copied and kept in the student file
