Academic computing is the main interface with the PMU community. All end users request comes to the IT helpdesk and then directed to the concerned party. The labs and classrooms are maintained with a 8am to 6pm professional covering both campuses. The Technical Support Center was established to service es the walking in students at each campus along with the end users, staff and faculty, for fast fixes. ITD workshop is also maintained for internal first leel support for the PMU hardware.
