Payment Method for Application Fee:

Application Fee: SR. 500 (non-refundable).  The deadline for submitting the application form admittance to PMU is 1 August for the Fall (First semester) and 15 January for the Spring (Second) Semester.

Application Fee payments may be made to PMU, by using one of the following options:

  • Direct Payment: Payments are accepted at all SAMBA branches, however, the receipt must be provided to the PMU Financial Office located on the campus of PMU. It is requested that all payments include the Student Identification Number, National Identification Number and student full name on the payment. Transfer payments from a SAMBA to SAMBA account may be a method of payment, the PMU Account Number is 0170008576. Transfers from non SAMBA accounts are not acceptable.

    In-person:  Payments can also be made in person at the PMU financial offices, which are located in Room G-055 on the Male side of the campus and Room G-008 on the Female side of the campus. Payments may be made utilizing a debit or credit card and checks are also an acceptable method of payment. 

Tuition:

Tuition: SR. 45,000 (for two semesters, full time status). The tuition can be paid for by semester (22,500 for each semester). Tuition payments are not refundable. Tuition is based upon the credit hours enrolled for each student, for a full-time student (between 12 hours and not over 18 hours) for all undergraduate courses. Fees will be adjusted for students taking less than 12 hours at a rate of 1,875 SR per credit hour and will also have an additional charge of 1, 875 per credit hour for hours in excess of 18 credit hours.

Terms of Payment:

Payments must be made to the PMU SAMBA account number 0170008576.

Tuition may be paid in full prior to registration for the semester.  Students should request an exception to full payment through the Office of Budget and Accounting.  Payment can be made with:

  • In-person:  Payments can also be made in person at the PMU financial offices, which are located in Room G-055 on the Male side of the campus and Room G-008 on the Female side of the campus.  Effective 14 April 2007, cash payments will no longer be accepted for tuition payments.  Payments may be made utilizing a debit or credit card and checks are also an acceptable method of payment.

Tuition Payment Dates for Students:

Students are encouraged to pay their entire tuition prior to the first class day.  However, if a student requests and has approval for deferred payments and has signed a promissory note then the payment schedule is as follows:

FALL SEMESTER:
7,500 SR must be paid prior to the first day of class
7,500 SR must be paid no later than 1 October of the semester
7,500 SR must be paid no later than 1 November of the semester

SPRING SEMESTER:
7,500 SR must be paid prior to the first day of class
7,500 SR must be paid no later than 1 March of the semester
7,500 SR must be paid no later than 1 April of the semester


 Proof of Payment:
Receipts should be provided to PMU.

 Other Expenses:
Each student will be responsible for purchasing his/her text books and the required laptop computer and for any re-issue of his/her identification card either lost, misplaced, or damaged. Bus passes and locker rental fees can also be paid at the financial offices on the campus.
