Dr. Kraljevic has 25 years of experience in the energy industry and is recognized for her contributions in field operations, corporate management, academia and consulting roles related to E&P, downstream, renewable energy, and energy outsourcing services. She has worked in different capacities with companies such as Exxon, Mobil Power, Tenneco/El Paso, Enron Energy Services, and Halliburton, and with government organizations such as the U.S. Agency for International Development and the U.S. Department of Commerce.
She specializes in international negotiation and has directly contributed to securing over USD$100 million in private and public investment from sources in the USA, Europe and the Middle East. She has coached managers on advanced negotiation in companies such as American Express, Dow Chemicals, Hewlett-Packard, ExxonMobil and Oxy/Occidental Petroleum Corporation. Dr. Kraljevic also specializes in structuring and launching new business units as stand-alone or as part of Fortune 500 companies. Over the years, she has built a solid reputation for “getting things done,” effectively leading multi-functional and multi-cultural teams operating in different countries.
She is a published writer on energy and global issues including: “Is the Middle East Going Green?”, “The Arab Baby Boom - How It May Affect the World” and “Women in Energy.” She is an active public speaker on energy and global leadership issues, and an advocate of attracting more women to energy and technology. She currently serves as Chair of the Middle East Advisory Committee of World Energy Magazine, and on the Advisory Boards of the “Women’s Global Leadership Conference” (Houston and Dubai). She is a former Director of the Global Energy Management Institute and the co-founder of the Greater Houston Energy Education Collaborative (G.H.E.E.C.) winner of the “2006 World Oil Best Outreach Program Award”.
