Elvira a. Zingapan received her MSLS from the University of La Salette and her Bachelor in Secondary Education – Major : Library Science from Saint Paul University Philippines. She passed the Philippines Board Exams for Librarians (2001) and has over almost eight years experience working in university libraries.
