Application Submission Procedure:

  1. Fill up the registration form (Click Here) and attach following Documents:
    1. Alzakah Certificate
    2. Company Profile
    3. Company Balance Sheet for previous year
    4. Commercial registration
  2. Submit your completed application consisting of the above in person to the Director of Financial Affairs, PMU administration Building, Ground Floor
