The President of the Managing Council of the Saudi Dutch Educational Center Visits PMU : Mr. John Terrill, President of the Managing Council of the Saudi Dutch Educational Center, made a visit to PMU. The intention of the visit was to be informed of the university's Academic and Technological approach. A meeting was held between the university's Rector Dr. Issa Al-Ansari, the Vise Rector Dr. Nassar Al-Shaikh, and Mr. John Terrill. Discussed were PMU's future progress plans, as well as the various methods of presenting a subject, which differs from the conventional ways of teaching; a method where the student is the center of the teaching process.

Mr. Terrill was then taken on a tour of the campus, the Smart classrooms, and English labs. On the tour he was acquainted with PMU's learning environment, as well as the numerous technologies available at the university to help ease the learning process. Mr. Terrill was also informed of PMU's future vision of preparing young adults to be successful in their future careers.
