Members of the board of Trustees include: Dr. Issa Bin Hassan Al-Ansari, Dr. Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Al-Ohali, Dr.Mohammed Bin Alahmad AL-Rasheed, Dr. Khalid Bin Saleh AlSultan, Dr. Yousif Bin Mohammed AlJindan, the engineer Mohammed Bin Abdullateef Jameel, Abdulrahman Ali AlJuraisi, Fahd Bin Mohammed AlAzil, Hamad Al Abdullah AlZamil, the engineer Mohammed Bin Hamad AlMadhi, Eissa Bin Mohammed Al-Eissa, Dr. Mohammed Bin AbdulAziz Aloqali, Dr. AbdulAziz Bin Abdullah AlHamed, and Dr. Saad Bin Abdullah Alkilabi. Discussed during the meeting was Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd University's five year plan that was consent by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin AbdulAziz. The five year plan includes establishing the university, degrees offered and curriculums, as well as estimate budget. Also discussed was the idea of a charity organization to develop the university's recourses.
