On May 1, 2008, Texas A&M University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with PMU to jointly deliver graduate degree programs. The agreement was signed by Dr. Doug Palmer, Dean of college of Education & Human Development, TAMU and Dr. Issa Al-Ansari, PMU Rector.
