PMU signed a collaboration agreement with the Saudi Dutch Education Centre (SAUDEC) in March 12, 2008. The agreement was signed by Dr. Nassar Sheikh, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, PMU and by Mr. Johan Terwel, Chairman of the Executive Board, SAUDEC.

The objective of the agreement between the two institutions is to explore and determine the best way to cooperate in the further development of PMU with regards to establishing relationships with selected Western European Universities that would help advance PMU as a global academic institution.
