On June 7, 2009, Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU) in recognition of the potential mutual benefits to be derived from establishing a cooperative relationship to address the continuously changing business and education environments in which they operate.

HRH Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd Bin Abdulaziz signed the document as Chairman of PMU Board of Trustees and Mr. Khalid Al Falih signed as CEO and President of Saudi Aramco. Also in the picture is PMU Rector, HE Dr. Issa Al Ansari.
