A delegation from the University of Groningen, headed by President Dr. Sibrand Poppema,visited PMU between March 7 and  March 15, 2009, to discuss specific programs with PMU representatives.  The visit was to expand on the general partnership agreement signed last February 2009. As a result of these meetings, two new agreements for collaboration were signed to advance programs in energy and the environment and in the advancement of English and study skills learning for male and female Saudi students.
