PMU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the University of Leeds, Leeds, United...

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed on January 21, 2009 between Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University and the University of Groningen to develop joint academic programs and provide opportunities for exchange of staff, students, and faculty and to enhance the research and educational process at both universities. The MOU was signed by Dr. Issa Al Ansari , PMU Rector, Dr. Zlatica Kraljevic, PMU Dean of Institutional Relations, Prof. Dr. S. Poppema, President, University of Groningen, and Drs. Madeleine C. Gardeur-Veltman, Director International Relations, University of Groningen.

Founded in 1614, the University of Groningen is the second oldest university in the Netherlands. The University of Groningen enjoys an international reputation as one of the leading research universities in Europe. It has a large international network and an excellent reputation for academic teaching, which highlights a modern, student-oriented approach, very similar to PMU.
