On October 18, 2009, a delegation from Global Suhaimi Company of Saudi Arabia visited Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU) to discuss specific educational programs that PMU is in position to offer the company in the area of professional development. Global Suhaimi is a prestigious multinational joint venture established in 1976. Global Suhaimi is a renowned leader in the maintenance field specializing in protecting large industrial facilities from the effects of degradation, corrosion and fire, which can drastically reduce the assumed productive life of industrial plants (http://www.globalsuhaimi.net/index.htm). Their interest in collaborating with Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University responds to their commitment to making available modern learning methodologies to the accelerated advancement of the Saudi workforce. The Global Suhaimi delegation was headed by the President of the company, Mr. Adel Alsuhaimi. The PMU team was led by Dr. Nassar Shaikh, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs and Dr. Hesham Magd, (A) Dean of the College of Business Administration.
