Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the International Institute of Information Technology of Bangalore (IIIT-B) in Electronics City, Bangalore, India on April 20, 2010. The MOU is intended to enhance relations and close collaboration in areas related to academic education, science and research, culture and human capital development, sharing of information and knowledge, and other aspects which aim toward the internationalization of higher education. The MOU was signed by Dr. Issa Al Ansari, PMU Rector and Professor S. Sadagopan, IIIT-B Director. The PMU delegation also included Dr. Yousif Suleiman, PMU Secretary General, Dr. Zlatica Kraljevic, Dean of Institutional Relations and Dr. Jaafar Al Ghazo, A. Dean of Computer Engineering and Science and Mr. Jose Vega, Executive Assistant to the Rector.
The International Institute of Information Technology of Bangalore (IIIT-B) was established in 1999 with a vision to contribute to the IT world by focusing on education and research, entrepreneurship and innovation.
