The Human Resources Development Fund (Dammam Branch) and Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University signed a Memorandum of Understanding on December 05, 2011.

 Mr. Tariq Al-Ansari (Head) signed on behalf of HRDF and Dr. Adel Al-Saleh (Vice Rector for Business Affairs and Development) on behalf of PMU.

The MoU signing formalized the partnership between both organizations that lays emphasis on a one year contract for recruitment services that will solely focus on hiring local employees.
