Dr. Nader Nader presented an informative lecture about Solar Energy and the impact that it is having in the Middle East.
The students learned that solar energy is free and clean and that most solar cells have low efficiency.
Additionally, private companies and the governments are fundamental in sponsoring Solar research facilities.

Dr. Nader explained to the students that manufacturing solar panels and good marketing are the key to reduce the cost of solar technology.
He also informed the students that producing on a mass scale solar power plants will not only reduce consumption, but also save the environment.

Dr. Nader believes this can be done through the export of power surplus to much needed countries in the Middle East.
