General Requirements for Faculty

PMU faculty members understand, believe in, and implement methodologies, techniques, and classroom management styles that are skills-based, student-centered, communicative, and interactive.
All faculty members actively participate in intensive teacher training before they deign their teaching duties.

English Language Skills

Faculty member are proficient in the English language. They are either native English speakers or have achieved native-level proficiency.

Alignment to PMU Values

PMU has established defining institutional characteristics that have a significant impact on the nature of the university, its degree programs as well as its faculty. Those characteristics include.
