Mission
Institutional Effectiveness aims to establish and maintain a multi-level institutional effectiveness model that promotes intentionality and purposeful continuous improvement and quality enhancement. This will be achieved by continuously striving for the following goals:
- Enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of University functions
- Ensuring effective performance management and accountability
- Ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures and other applicable Acts and Regulations
- Promoting appropriate ethics and values within the University
- Demonstrate continuous improvement in student learning, educational programs, and administrative and educational support services
