At the beginning, the CRD will utilize a minimum number of research staff to be drawn from the PMU faculty on a part-time basis. As the offerings of the CRD grow in size and complexity, these part-time faculties may be promoted to full-time staff or the CRD may choose to hire new staff from outside the university. A small number of full-time technical and secretarial support staff will be required for CRD programs from the beginning. The Head will begin to work in January of 2014. Supervisors of each operational unit will be hired during first year of operation.
