• Provide the medium for procurement of goods, latest technology equipment, and services through administering the process from RFP, RFQ, up to the administering agreements between PMU and external companies.
• Oversee the procurement process to ensure transparency, fairness, and non-discriminatory action is adhered and abided by considering the interests of the university.
• Ensuring the procurement process adheres to PMU policies, procedures, Competitive bidding laws and trade agreements.
