Project Overview

Time can be your friend or your worst enemy in an emergency, intelligent traffic light system with emergency ambulance arrival consists of intelligent transportation system in urban technologies and innovative solutions to improve traffic management and to the whole country for emergency traffic management vehicles and transportation priority solutions. Intelligent traffic light system with emergency ambulance access can enable faster and safer emergency response and enhance the efficiency of mass transit. This project aims to build a smart traffic light system that controls all traffic lights in an intersection and give the ambulance car an emergency clearance by detecting the frequency of the ambulance siren.
