A Message From The Chair
Welcome to the Department of Computer Science (CS).
The Department aims to produce highly skilled graduates who possess comprehensive knowledge of basic principles of software, with special attention to large and critical systems. CS curriculum gives student the theoretical and practical skills required by the different industries.
The curriculum of this program aims to prepare students for careers in software design, software project management, and software development and integration. The curriculum is in-line with the latest industry demands. Students experience the industry requirements through module assignments, practical training and graduation projects.
The Department has modern, state of the art teaching and learning facilities, resources, laboratories and very highly qualified academic faculty and staff. The Department provides a highly professional academic environment and believes in nurturing the full potential of every one of our students.
CS graduates from PMU acquire the global competencies to compete in the global market.
