The College of Sciences and Human Studies (CSHS) is the fourth College to be established at PMU to offer degree program at the graduate and undergraduate level in the broad field of Sciences and Human Studies.

The college also offers one graduate degree program in the field of education and human development with seven concentrations, TESOL, Instructional Technology, Teacher Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Special Education, Human Resources Development, and Education Leadership.

In addition, currently the College of Sciences and Human Studies provides overall supervision for delivering the Preparatory Program and Core Curriculum.
