Mission and Goals
The Mission of the Human Resource Management program at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University is to promote high-quality education and impactful research in an engaged learning environment. We will prepare graduates equipped with the most current human resources management skills, competencies and ethical standards needed to meet the community’s needs and challenges.
PMU’s commitment to its stakeholders empowers the Human Resource Management program to create maximum value by delivering scholarly education, learning, and service through the following goals::
To equip graduates with a high-quality base of knowledge, skills, competencies and professional orientation, consistent with the current HRM practices.
To promote impactful interdisciplinary quality research among faculty, students, and stakeholders.
To cultivate industrial liaisons with regional and international businesses, and organizations providing beneficial interactions for curriculum development and the enrichment of learning resources.
To develop effective engagement with businesses and the general community by engaging faculty and students in communication and activities to meet information and the work needs of stakeholders.
To recruit and retain diverse, highly qualified faculty and staff, and a diverse and talented body of students.
