Publication Policies
1. Copyright Policy
Copyright of published articles is retained by the authors. Upon acceptance and publication, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and authorize IJAICH to publish, distribute, archive, and index the work in print and electronic formats.
Authors retain the right to:
- Reuse, reproduce, and distribute their work for academic and non-commercial purposes
- Archive the published version in institutional repositories or personal websites
- Share the article with an appropriate citation of the original publication
The journal reserves the right to assign Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to all published articles and to archive and index them in recognized databases and indexing services (e.g., Google Scholar, DOAJ, EBSCO, ProQuest, and other relevant platforms).
The journal and publisher are not responsible for subsequent uses of the work by third parties.
2. Open Access Policy
IJAICH operates under a full open-access model, providing immediate and unrestricted access to all published content.
Readers are permitted to:
- Read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to full-text articles
- Use published content for lawful academic and research purposes
Open access supports the global exchange of knowledge and enhances the visibility and impact of research in AI, cybersecurity, and healthcare.
3. Submission Policy
Submission of a manuscript to IJAICH implies that:
- The work is original and has not been previously published, except as an abstract, thesis, lecture, or conference presentation.
- The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal.
- All authors have approved the submission.
- Necessary institutional approvals have been obtained where applicable.
The journal accepts submissions that have previously appeared on recognized preprint servers (e.g., arXiv, bioRxiv, SSRN) or have been presented at conferences. Upon publication, authors are required to update any preprint versions with a full citation and DOI link to the final published article.
4. Plagiarism and Academic Integrity Policy
- IJAICH maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism and academic misconduct.
- All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software (e.g., iThenticate or Turnitin) prior to peer review. In addition, reviewers are encouraged to report any suspected misconduct.
- Self-plagiarism, redundant publication, data fabrication, falsification, or improper citation practices are considered serious ethical violations and may result in rejection, retraction, or further institutional action.
5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy
Given the journal’s focus, IJAICH recognizes the responsible use of AI tools in research and writing.
Authors may use AI tools for:
- Research assistance
- Data analysis
- Language editing and formatting
However:
- The use of AI tools must be transparently disclosed in the manuscript.
- Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and ethical compliance of the work.
- AI systems or tools may not be listed as authors.
- Undisclosed or inappropriate AI usage may result in rejection or corrective action.
6. Advertising Policy
IJAICH does not publish commercial advertisements for revenue purposes. The journal may disseminate academic announcements, scholarly opportunities, or relevant research information that align with its academic mission, free of charge and without commercial bias.
7. Marketing Policy
All marketing and promotional activities conducted on behalf of IJAICH are:
- Academically appropriate
- Professionally targeted
- Transparent and non-deceptive
Information about the journal’s scope, review process, indexing status, and policies is presented accurately and without misleading claims. The journal does not engage in aggressive or unethical solicitation of manuscripts.
