Human recourses are the most valuable assets in any organization, society and countries. In our country, youth are the majority of the population. In order to utilize them well, we need to understand their needs, capabilities as well as the opportunities around us. Our role as HR professionals is simply to facilitate their life and open new chances for our future. I hope to be part of this change.
