Prince Mohammad University's (PMU) aim of annual performance evaluation is to help maintain and improve individual job performance, which is achieved by;

Faculty:

Their performance is evaluated by the Chair of Department & Dean of the respective college and the Vice Rector, Academic Affairs (VRAA) and approved by the Rector.

Staff:

Their performance is evaluated by the Director of Department, respective Vice Rector and approved by the Rector.
