On November 8, 2007, PMU and the Maastricht School of Management (MSM) signed a strategic alliance to jointly offer business programs at undergraduate and graduate levels. The agreement was signed by Dr. Issa Al-Ansari, PMU Rector; Dr. P.R.H.M. van der Linden, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, MSM; and Dr. Nicolaas van Mierlo, Managing Director, MSM.

The parties further agreed that the first program to be jointly implemented will be a dual degree Executive MBA program (EMBA). MSM is a key player in the global education field, systematically combining education, technical assistance, and research in its professional services. (http://www.msm.nl)
