On August 31, 2008, American University and PMU signed an agreement to provide PMU students with meaningful global exposure and experience in Washington D.C., USA, so they can be better prepared to compete in the market place. The agreement was signed by Dr. Issa Al-Ansari, PMU Rector and Dr. Cornelius Kerwin, President, American University.American University actively promotes international understanding, and this is reflected in its curricula offerings, faculty research, and the regular presence of world leaders on campus.
