On 25 February 2009, PMU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Royal National College for the Blind (RNCB) in Hereford, United Kingdom. The agreement is intended to facilitate the incorporation of facilities specially designed for the proper delivery of higher education programs to the visually impaired. The MOU was inked by Mr. Ian Pickford, CEO and Principal of the Royal National College for the Blind, Dr. Issa Al Ansari, PMU Rector and Dr. Zlatica Kraljevic, PMU Dean of Institutional Relations.
