On June 30, 2009, a delegation from the Gulf University of Kingdom of Bahrain visited Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU) to discuss possible areas of collaboration between the two institutions.

Gulf University was represented by Dr. Mona Al-Zayani, President, and, by Mr. Mohannad Al-Anni, Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs. Leading the PMU team was Dr. Issa Al Ansari, PMU Rector.
