A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on April 14, 2010, between Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU) and Fort Hays State University (FHSU) of Kansas, USA, to facilitate a dialogue to explore specific joint academic programs in the near future. The MOU was signed by Dr. Nassar Shaikh, PMU Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Lawrence V. Gould, FHUSU Provost/Chief Academic Officer. Dr. Zlatica Kraljevic, PMU Dean of Institutional Relations and Ms. Cynthia Elliott, FHSU Associate Provost for strategic Partnerships witnessed the ceremony.
