Purpose
To declare PMU guidelines with regards to Employee’s Entitlement on Leaving and ensure uniform interpretation and application of this policy.

Statement
When an employee leaves PMU, the final financial payout will be accordance with the employee’s Employment Contract and the type of termination of employment. This process will be administered by the Human Resources Department with final approval by the President.
