Purpose
To clearly establish that the policies contained in this manual are not intended to create any agreement or contract between Prince Mohammad University and its employees.

Statement
The policies and procedures in this manual are designed to serve as guidelines for management action. No policy, provision or procedure in this guidelines’ manual creates a binding employment agreement, implied or expressed contract, or guarantee of continued employment.

Procedure
Procedure : Each employee is to be aware that policies and procedures in this manual are designed to be guidelines, and not intended to create any contract or binding agreement. The General Disclaimer Policy is to be publicly announced to all PMU employees. New employees must sign a special form acknowledging that PMU policies and procedures are not intended and cannot be construed as a contract of employment. Signed employee acknowledgment forms are retained in employees’ individual official personnel files.
