Upon employment contract renewals of faculty, active researchers are eligible for an incentive of up to 5% of their basic salaries. The value of these incentives are based on the number of publications, during the previous contract period, in international refereed journals indexed by Scopus
These incentives are not part of the basic salary of the faculty and will be paid separately on a monthly basis for the period of the contract. They will be re-evaluated upon every contract renewal. Based on the
results of the re-evaluation these incentives are subject to change and may be stopped.
