Purpose
The Policy is to define the roles of the concerned Departments in dealing with Faculty Affairs.

Statement
The different Departments have roles to undertake in dealing with Faculty Affairs. These roles are as follows: 1. International Recruitment Office: - Faculty recruitment and Faculty induction. - Conducting faculty exit interviews. 2. Deanship of Faculty Affairs: - Issues and Affairs throughout employment - Conducting faculty satisfaction surveys 3. Colleges: - Mentoring 4. Professional Development Center: - Faculty Orientation - Professional Development
