Procedure :
1. By the beginning of the seventh week of each Fall Semester, the Registrar’s office generates a list of all students with 35 remaining credits to graduate with all the needed information (except for the Arabic name and the personal e-mail address that will be obtained from the career services department).
2. The Registrar’s office will send the generated list to the career services department who will communicate with the eligible students to confirm if they will attend the graduation ceremony.
3. The career services department will exclude the students who confirm that they will not attend the graduation ceremony and will keep them in separated list.
4. The list will be presented and confer by the University Council by the beginning of the ninth week of the semester.
5. After submission of the Fall final grades, the registrar’s office will provide the career services department with the updated CGPA including honors.
