Purpose

The Purpose of the room reservation policy is to manage the usage of University facilities and resources efficiently.


Statement

1.      Scheduling Academic Classes:

Generally only classes with Banner CRN are considered academic classes. Rooms assignment is done by the office of the registrar, in case of any room preferences, requests can be submitted up to one year in advance. Reservation for exams/ make up classes should be made at least one week prior to the meeting time.

2.      Non Academic Room Reservation:

All the non-academic reservation should be coordinated with the Campus Life Office and submitted early in advance to the Office of the Registrar to reserve the room on Banner. This will allow time to make the necessary arrangement in coordination with other department.

            Any late requests will be scheduled on a first come first served basis.
