Purpose

To institute and formalize a process for reviewing the Mission, Vision and Values.

Statement

The need for a review of the Vision, Mission, and Values can originate from internal or external stakeholders through communication with PMU. The University Council or the President of PMU, along with sufficient documentation that supports the proposal can take further actions.

If a review is approved, the Chair of the review committee will provide to the University Council a detailed plan for undertaking the review, including stakeholder involvement.

The following describe the guidelines to reviewing the Mission, Vision and Values.

1. DEFINITIONS

III. Values: The statement of PMU’s values that guides all decision making and activities of the university, both individually and collectively.

2. The need for a review of the Mission, Vision and Values can originate from internal or external stakeholders.
