Welcome to the world of Chemical Engineering at Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd University. The undergraduate program in chemical engineering prepares the students to design efficient and safe ways of manufacturing the products. Our graduates can involve in the design and operation of industrial manufacturing processes on a large scale. Our students can hold very prominent positions in many industries viz., Refineries, Petrochemicals, Polymers, Plastics, Fertilizers, Pharmaceuticals, Desalination, Water treatment, Renewable Energy, Food & Beverages, Cement, Environment, etc. Chemical Engineering is constantly evolving program with new technological developments, which keep pace with the developing world. Our department will reflect these new developments in its teaching curriculum, research activities, and entrepreneurship initiatives. The existing laboratories were well equipped with large scale equipment and some additional core laboratories are being developed.
