Introduction
The Comprehensive Multilateral Leadership Program is a program that aims to prepare individuals to be proactive in their personal and professional lives. It also aims to prepare young leaders for future roles in society, and the world.
Today, leaders do not need to manage people and resources only, but they also need to be empathetic, knowledgeable, open, communicative, positive, assertive, humble, cooperative, team-oriented, and efficient. They have to feel accountable to their direct and indirect environments, and they participate and collaborate to achieve results, improve conditions, and solve problems, to positively impact the world. All of these characteristics have proven to be crucial in preparing future successful leaders.
This program is the result of a collaborative effort between faculty members and experts at the university. It aligns with our firm belief in institutional responsibility and community service, and from our cumulative institutional experience in education and building competencies and young personalities capable of working effectively in our contemporary world.
This program has also been prepared in line with two main strategies, the Saudi National Vision 2030 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This approach makes the program effective and appropriate, responding to the planned needs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the world at large
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals are grouped into seven core themes of the Inclusive Leadership Program. Each topic is addressed in depth as a separate unit, through carefully designed activities targeting youth and keen to improve their leadership capabilities.
The program is designed around the learner himself. It is a practical program that focuses on learning and practice by utilizing workshops, camps, studies, projects and competitions. This approach is highly motivating to the participant and allows the program to achieve goals in a more effective way.
The program's learning outcomes for each module are clearly defined, and these outcomes are measured using specific tools for quality and reporting purposes. This process is followed by obtaining certificates at different levels. Each workshop provides a certificate of participation. However, in terms of successful participation in more practical activities, a practitioner certificate or even an expert certificate is awarded, according to the trainer's evaluation. The highest level of participation in the program is granted upon completion of the final stage, which is the highest stage and qualifies the trainee for the Young Leader Certificate, which is the culmination of a comprehensive final project that comes after participating in 80% of this comprehensive program.

Providing tools and opportunities to develop leadership skills for youth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. and encourage youth through action-learning activities that can broaden their knowledge, equip them with skills, and empower them to become leaders of global change.

Program Outcomes
By the end of the program, participants will be able to demonstrate the following:
Poverty Eradication
- Recognize the challenges faced by people living in poverty and identify possible solutions based on the latest research findings.
- Collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including youth, educators, workers in charitable organizations, and members of impoverished communities. In addition, participants will have learned the importance of working with a wide range of people to overcome complex challenges.
- Understand the living conditions of the poor, becoming familiar with the definition and root causes of poverty.
- Solve problems faced by poor communities and individuals by applying acquired knowledge on poverty and using teamwork, critical thinking, leadership, and adaptability skills.
Health Culture
- Achieve an improved quality of life and foster healthy development and behaviors (including staying active, eating well, and avoiding harmful habits).
- Understand the importance of living a high-quality, longer life free from preventable diseases, injuries, and premature death.
- Create physical and social environments that promote good health for all.
- Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the determinants of health, disease, and disability.
- Increase public awareness and health literacy.
- Raise awareness of environmental health initiatives.
Governance
- Identify key issues and organizational needs that impact good governance of public and private entities at local, national, and international levels, in a competent manner.
- Collaborate effectively with leaders of various organizations and with internal staff to build consensus on core objectives that promote better governance.
- Solve key challenges affecting the sound governance of a specific entity, working both independently and as part of a team.

Program Certifications
The program certification scheme is detailed into four levels as follows:
LEVEL 1: PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE
A Certificate of Participation will be given to all participants who have enrolled and successfully completed a workshop.
LEVEL 2: YOUNG PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATE YPC
A Young Practitioner Certificate: The YPC will be given to any participant in a practical camp activity having met the camp pre-requisites and having successfully completed the extended camp program with positive assessment.
LEVEL 3: YOUNG EXPERT CERTIFICATE YEC
A Young Expert Certificate YEC will be given to any participant in a practical camp activity having met the camp pre-requisites and having successfully completed the extended camp program with positive assessment. In addition to being a practitioner, the participant should have shown exceptional engagement, community service, entrepreneurial action after the camp and has submitted a request to be considered for YEC based on follow-up engagement presented with evidence and recommendation letters from officials.
LEVEL 4: YOUTH LEADER CERTIFICATE YLC
A Youth Leader Certificate YLC will be given to participants who have participated in a minimum of 80% of condensed activities, with the adequate pre-requisites and successful achievement of 7 YPC with positive assessment. In addition to those certifications, the participants eligible for this level enroll in a Capstone Project selecting a project to which they will be assigned one or multiple advisors.
Program Duration
Duration of the comprehensive program, its activities, and the introductory course:
The comprehensive program is six months long. It depends on a number of other factors decided by management and partners. In all cases, each topic has 40 hours of training in addition to training camp on the weekend. Which makes 6 months full-time.
In some cases, the program will be offered as a full-time 3-week, introductory course with a total of 75 training hours or 96 hours, including the training camp.

Program Activities
The Program activities are hands-on, learner centered and non-traditional. They are designed by experts in the specific themes and are aimed at giving a well-rounded education about the topic plus equip the participants with skills and leadership competencies enhancing and building their profiles as leaders.
