Payment Schedule FALL & Payment Method

For students admitted/readmitted from Fall Semester 2025/2026 onword

Students are required to pay the full tuition fee of the semester in advance before the registration period.

For continuing students admitted before Fall Semester 2025/2026

Students are encouraged to pay the full tuition fee of the semester before the first day of classes. However, student may opt to pay as per the below schedule:

Note: A late payment charges of SR 750 will be applied to each delayed installment if the student fails to pay within the scheduled due dates mentioned above.

ملحوظة: ستُطبّق غرامة تأخير 750 ريال على كل دفعة متأخرة في حال عدم سداد الطالب للأقساط في المواعيد المحددة في الجدول أعلاه

 Please ,  be informed that your payment for your tuition fee which through
“Cash, Transfer, Deposit , personal Cheques “Are not Acceptable “

Therefore please follow the below steps of SADAD for easy payment:

* دفع الرسوم الدراسيه نقداً أو عن طريق الحوالة - الإيداع البنكي
– أو شيك شخصي غير مقبول لدى مكتب أمين الصندوق لذلك
الرجاء إتباع طريقة سداد لدفعِ أسهل

Go to an ATM or use your online banking services (your bank service) and  Select:

من خلال الصراف الآلي أو عبر أون لاين بإستخدام حسابك في  موقع البنك الخاص بك إتبع الخطوات التالية: 

1. Payments

1-المدفوعات أو سداد الفواتير

2. SADAD

2-مدفوعات سداد

3. Financial operations or banks

3-القطاعات المالية  , أو مدفوعات البنوك المحلية / بنوك وتمويل

4.Riyadh payment

4-مدفوعات بنك الرياض (الرجاء ملاحظة أنه لن يظهر لك أسم الجامعه)

*Riyadh bank code is (067) if requested

*الرمز الخاص ب مدفوعات بنك الرياض (067) في حال طُلب ذلك  *

5. Put your SADAD number the one on your banner which starts with 101200********

5-عرف رقم مرجعك لدى سداد وهو رقمك الجامعي مسبوقا بـ 101200 مثال 101200201620110

You can change the balance and put the amount you want to pay.

*  يمكنك تحديد المبلغ المراد دفعه وإن كان أقل اوأكثر من الرصيد الظاهر لك (كما يمكنك ايضا إضافة دفع مقدم هذا سيحصل كل بداية فصل دراسي جديد)

· Your Payment will apply on your account automatically and keep your receipt for the future.

*المبلغ سوف يظهر بشكل تلقائي على حسابك الجامعي في البانر,إحتفظ بإشعار السداد في سجلاتك       

• Cashier’s office receives your payment through MasterCard, Visa Card, MADA.

*مكتب أمين الصندوق يستقبل مدفوعاتكم عبر بطاقة مدى والفيزا الإئتمانية .

• Please Note, SADAD Payment will help you to remove your Account Hold Immediately.

*نظام سداد يساعدك في رفع الحظر تلقائياً بعد انتهاء عملية الدفع  .
