For the past recent years the Preparation Program has been undergoing a gradual transformation from a paper-based program to a greater usage and dependence on oncampus technology.  While this has largely been a success story, with it has also come some challenges requiring fine-tuning of the system. For the first time since the startup of the university it was decided to gather all levels of leadership in a Preparation Program Planning Committee, along with representatives from each level and invited guests, to address some of the pressing issues and to make concrete plans for implementation starting in the new academic year.  Conversations were candid as all present had the opportunity to make suggestions for meeting the challenges that we have been facing in this current academic year.  The experience and talent represented in the group was heavily drawn on as we struggled with some of the issues confronting us and arrived at a consensus for adjustments and change.  All in all, this proved to be a very valuable experience in which our faculty had an opportunity to speak up and help shape the future of the Preparaton Program.
