Office Safety Drive (Safety Club)

The Office Safety Drive of Safety Club at PMU was completed successfully on campus.
The aim of the event was to minimize risks from loose cables in the faculty’s offices and keep the emergency exits obstacle free.
The goals were efficiently met by the Safety Club Team, covering over 70 offices and ensuring that the cables were properly organized and that no obstacles were barring the exit doors. The team was also able to promote a Safety Conscious mind-set throughout the campus during this event.

The Safety Club has been an integral part in many events in the past within PMU campus and has helped in maintaining safety standards for the duration of the respective events. The club has also spread awareness throughout the campus in all issues safety related.

Objectives of the Safety Club:

• To develop and encourage a strong safety attitude and instinct among PMU global community
• To make sure that safety measures are respected by clubs operating on campus
• To draw attention on safety concerns at PMU premises

Future activities:

• To organize safety training for students (fire extension, first aid, etc.)
• To organize an awareness campaign about safe driving
