On October 26, 2016 Engineering Measurements students and their instructor Dr.Alaa Salman, from Civil Engineering Department, visited the AMO & Partners Engineering Company- Dammam (www.amo.com.sa).
The primary interest was to learn more about different types of surveying instruments and real case studies in Civil Engineering field.
Eng.Walid Al-Dubaikel, Managing Director, presented the company with its activities, departments, and projects; also, the students visited the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) department which includes Radiographic, Ultrasonic, Magnetic and Liquid Penetrate Tests.
In fact, it was a great opportunity for the students to get an idea about the civil engineering industry in Saudi Arabia; Many thanks to Eng. Walid Al-Dubaikel and the company staff for their kind hosting.
