College of Business Administration Industrial Advisory Board Meeting - 24 May 2015

The PMU College of Business Administration conducted its inaugural Industrial Advisory Board meeting on Sunday, May 24, 2015 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the Learning Resource Center. The Board consists of high-ranking industry leaders from Amiantit, Aramco, Ashmore, Desertec, JAL, and Samba. For the inaugural meeting, the Dean of Business, the Dean of Research and Graduate Studies, and the Chairs and Associate Chairs of COBA hosted three Board members in person, while the others provided insights electronically. At the meeting, the discussions focused primarily on reviewing the existing undergraduate and EMBA curricula, preparing the launch of the new MBA program, and on developing additional opportunities for cooperation between PMU and its industrial stakeholders for the benefit of the Kingdom. Without exception, the Board members also expressed their utmost satisfaction with previously hired COBA graduates and pledged to continue offering internship and career opportunities to PMU business majors.
